GENERAL PROVISIONS PRODUCTS, QUANTITY, UNIT PRICE

-          Product specifications, quantity, and unit price will be based on each specific purchase order, confirmed by both parties.

-          When raw material prices, order quantity, or material structure change, both parties will discuss and apply a new unit price starting from the date of mutual confirmation.

-          For printed products, the design will be based on the agreement between the two parties, but the customer's signed approval on the actual product.

DELIVERY TIME

-          Goods quantities, delivery location, and delivery time will be specifically stipulated in each Purchase Order (P/O) as agreed by both parties.

-          The customer must ensure that receipt of the full ordered quantity, if receipt of goods is delayed compared to the agreed time, the customer must notify us in advance for a joint resolution.

COMMITMENT

-          Provide 100% new products, ensuring products meet the standards and technical requirements as agreed by both parties.

-          Secure legal ownership of the product when sold to the customer.
