Customers are responsible for inspecting goods immediately after receiving the goods. If any damage in goods, insufficient quantity, or mistaken, please contact our sales department or customer service for immediate assistance. We will not be held responsible for claims regarding insufficient quantity or similar issues if the customer signs for the delivery without making any notes or comments about the goods condition.

Should you need to report an issue, please contact our sales department or customer service. Kindly provide full details of the shipment, the quantity of defective items, along with actual photos and videos, to facilitate prompt resolution.

We will support exchanges or returns if the cause is determined to be from the manufacturer. The exchange and return time is within 7 to 10 days from the date both parties confirm the issue and the agreed-upon solution (excluding holidays and Sundays).
